Slendier’s konjac rice are an alternative paste made from konjac flour. Konjac is a tuber popular in Asian countries from whose dried and powdered root is made into a flour then used to make noodles. Konjac flour is naturally gluten-free, so it is suitable for people with celiac disease. It also contains very few calories and fat making it suitable for low-calorie diets. Because it is rich in fiber, it is very digestible and helps you stay full for a long time. Slendier recommends opening the package and draining the liquid in it. Rinse under water in a colander. Cook in hot water for 1 minute, then add your chosen seasoning.
