ORGANIC Saffron Stock Cubes are perfect for preparing excellent risotto alla Milanese without adding more saffron pistils or powder. For a pleasant-tasting broth, dissolve 1 stock cube in 500 ml of water and boil for a couple of minutes. The stock cubes can also be added to foods to your desired tast while cooking. They are great for risotto alla Milanese, but also to enhance the flavor of soups, stews, sauces, vegetables, and vegetable proteins.
