Superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil derived from olives grown directly in the Gargano area, cold pressing only to allow integrity and acidity less than 0.01%.
Excellent for both raw preparations and cooked bases, strong flavor but not overpowering.
The producer, Azienda Agricola Carusel, directly grows and processes the raw material with the intention of raising awareness of traditional Apulian products. The all-organic product is obtained through sustainable cultivation that aims to preserve all available resources.
