Excellent for both raw preparations and cooked bases, strong flavor but not covering.
The producer, Azienda Agricola Carusel, grows and processes the raw material directly with the intention of raising awareness of traditional Apulian products. The product, entirely organic, is obtained through sustainable cultivation that aims to preserve all available resources.
