Description

AMAVÈ, an acronym for vegetable amatriciana, is a tomato sauce enriched with 100% Italian organic tofu. Made by chef La Stella Veg The idea to use tofu came from the multiple properties that this ingredient possesses, which are still not fully appreciated in Western cuisine. A source of protein, tofu contains no cholesterol and is very low in fat, and yet is full of many vitamins and mineral salts. It may look like bacon, but it is tofu with a full-bodied flavor from 100% natural smoking.

Ingredients: tomato puree (29%), tomato semi-concentrate (22%), tofu [15%, (SOY, water, sunflower oil, magnesium chloride)], onion (12%), sunflower seed oil, white wine, SOY sauce (water, SOY beans), salt, garlic, lemon juice, sweet smoked paprika, smoking.
