DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, as well as articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purpose of protecting people and other parties when processing personal data, we hereby inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of the Processing

The data provided will be used for the purpose of providing the services requested by the user, as well as for the its, optional and revocable at any time, placement in newsletters, promotions, commercial contacts, and in general for sending communications, related or not, with the transactions carried out through the electronic platform.

2. Method of the Processing

The ways in which personal data will be processed include: collection, archiving and telematic publication, reproduction and processing on paper and in digital form, limited to the fulfillment of the services agreed between the parties and for the purposes referred to in the point above.

The personal identification data provided will be processed exclusively by Very V, and/or by third parties tasked with carrying out the contractual and/or commercial obligations agreed between the parties. Any communication and/or disclosure will in any case be carried out in compliance with the law, as well as with the purposes and methods set out in this privacy policy.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject may at any time his/her right, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, to:

a) request confirmation of the existence or lack of personal data;

b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;

c) obtain the correction and cancellation of data;

d) obtain the limitation of the processing;

e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive the data from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit it to another data controller without any hindrance;

f) object to the processing at any time including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;

g) object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;

h) ask the data controller to access personal data and correct or cancel it or limit its processing or object to its processing, in addition to the right to data portability;

i) revoke consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;

j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
