Slendier Spaghetti Konjac is an alternative pasta made from konjac flour. Konjac is a very popular tuber in Asian countries where its dried and powdered root yields a flour which is then used to make noodles. Konjac flour is naturally gluten-free, and is thus suitable for celiacs. It also contains very few calories and fat making it suitable for low-calorie diets. Since it is rich in fiber, it is easy to digest and helps you stay full for a long time. Slendier recommends opening the package and draining the liquid inside. Rinse under water in a colander. Cook in hot water for 1 minute, then add your desired seasoning.
