Description

For sauces or fillings, dissolve 35 g of the product in ½ liter of cold water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly over medium heat, for 5 minutes or more, until the desired consistency is obtained. Is good with first courses and vegetable protein-based second courses or other dishes. To prepare risottos, use Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce when cooking or as a creaming sauce, after diluting it in water.

Ingredients: Rice flour, corn starch, dehydrated porcini mushrooms: 14%, pea proteins, fine iodized salt, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (potato, garlic, carrot, onion, parsley, celery, tomato): 6.3%, soy and corn vegetable protein broth extract, yeast extract, corn oil, white wine extract.
