PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and mix
- Add the agave syrup, Vegge, and water or vegetable drink and mix until smooth, but not too runny.
- In a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of oil and grease the pan with a paper towel so that the pancakes do not stick.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan in two different places to make two pancakes at a time. Cook 1 minute per side over medium-low heat. In baking they will begin to rise slightly and form alveoli.
- Transfer the pancakes to a plate and garnish as desired with fresh fruit, maple syrup or yogurt, and so on.
- Add ground black pepper to the seasoning.
