INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS

  • 100 g flour 0 or 1
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegge
  • 30 g agave syrup
  • 150 ml water or vegetable drink
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower or coconut oil
  • fruit to taste or other garnish

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and mix
  2. Add the agave syrup, Vegge, and water or vegetable drink and mix until smooth, but not too runny.
  3. In a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of oil and grease the pan with a paper towel so that the pancakes do not stick.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan in two different places to make two pancakes at a time. Cook 1 minute per side over medium-low heat. In baking they will begin to rise slightly and form alveoli.
  5. Transfer the pancakes to a plate and garnish as desired with fresh fruit, maple syrup or yogurt, and so on.
  6. Add ground black pepper to the seasoning.
