INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 50 g Vegge
  • 175 g smoked tofu
  • A round of extra virgin olive oil
  • Vegetable grated cheese (opt.)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt up

PROCEDURE

  1. Slice the smoked tofu into chunks
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, pour a round of extra virgin olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
  4. Transfer the tofu to the pan and brown it until it turns golden on high. Extinguish the flame.
  5. Pour Vegge into pan and stir with a wooden spoon. If it congeals, pour half a ladleful of cooking water from the pot to create a smooth cream without lumps.
  6. Add ground black pepper to the seasoning.
  7. As soon as the water in the pot boils, pour in the spaghetti and let it cook for the minutes indicated on the package.
  8. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan. Add vegetable grating and serve.
