PROCEDURE
- Slice the smoked tofu into chunks
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt.
- In a nonstick skillet, pour a round of extra virgin olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
- Transfer the tofu to the pan and brown it until it turns golden on high. Extinguish the flame.
- Pour Vegge into pan and stir with a wooden spoon. If it congeals, pour half a ladleful of cooking water from the pot to create a smooth cream without lumps.
- Add ground black pepper to the seasoning.
- As soon as the water in the pot boils, pour in the spaghetti and let it cook for the minutes indicated on the package.
- Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan. Add vegetable grating and serve.
